Inert Soap, LLC, recently has just announced the release of Fingerzilla 2.3.2 for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. If you're not bored by repeatedly touching your iPhone screen, then you're gonna love this game. Basically, the game puts the power of destruction into your fingertips. You are required to flatten entire cities that appear on your display by using your finger. Further, people from a user’s contact list can have the life squished out of them in seconds flat, virtually speaking.

Besisde clicking their touchscreens madly, users are entertained with B-Movie sounds and visual effects that make obliterating a city all the more fun. Even though it might sound impossible for such a simple game, Fingerzilla was highlighted as the world’s number one application for a whole week during March 2010, during which time more than two million people downloaded the application.

Here are some of the highlights of the game: Dozens of destructive combos to unleash destruction on the masses; Named victims to make chomping all the more fun; Rampage through a suite of levels of varying difficulty and duration; Scores and stats of all kinds, saved permanently between games; OpenFeint 2.4 support for online high scores and achievements; Variety of buildings to smash into rubble; Incredible B-movie sound and visual effects; Original score, Rockzilla, by ASCAP award winning composer, Mike Weiser.

In addition to Fingerzilla for the iPhone and iPod touch, Inert Soap has released a companion iPad version called, Fingerzilla: MegaCity, which allows users to play on enormous maps, using four fingers at once when destroying things.

The game requires iPhone (works best on 3GS ), iPod touch or iPad device with iPhone OS 3.0 or later and 10.5 MB storage space. Fingerzilla 2.3.2 is only $1.99 USD and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store.
