Press Launches Are All About SEX

But who minds...? The editors' girlfriends perhaps

The picture to the left was shot during the Rumble Roses XX press launch. What do you think? You'd like to be that guy I'm sure.

Well... not if you have a girlfriend. No, wait... yes, you'd want that happening to you even if you do have a girlfriend. Anyway, this scene was declared the most gratuitous of all press launches. Care to know about the other categories?

Surprisingly, the most gratuitous one stands on the 6th position in GamesRardar's list, but that's OK, because numbers 1 and 4 will literally make you sick. Guys stapled each other for the launch of 'Backyard Wrestling: Don't Try This At Home' in Los Angeles, California (most bloody), while Hideo Kojima, director of the Metal Gear series, pretended to take a bite of roasted snake for the release of 'Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater' in London (most gut-wrenching).

Believe it or not, Sony's Guts of War didn't even make it to the list. Not even number 7 (most uncomfortable - Call Of Duty 3). Number 3, the most expensive, was a bikini party for Scarface, pretty much themed in the same manner as number 6, only there were more half naked girls over there in Marbella, Spain.

But again, why didn't the site consider Sony's dead-goat-hosted presentation? It was so gross, that it would deserve a special category, just for itself. Oh, and let's not even remember the model portraying Kratos... The least they could have done was get a younger model.

Everywhere you look, the developer/publisher generally tries to impress by putting on a show bringing everyone present on the verge of throwing up. The girls are always there, no matter what, so I guess it would be easy to classify them all as most expensive and most gratuitous. They must be having some laughs at these parties...
