A teenager killed in the plane crash at San Francisco International Airport on Saturday might have been run over by a rescue vehicle after the accident.

The San Francisco Gate quotes San Francisco Fire Chief Joanne Hayes-White mentioning that the victim's wounds reveal injuries possibly caused by a vehicle.

"As it possibly could have happened, based on the injuries sustained, it could have been one of our vehicles that added to the injuries, or another vehicle. [...] That could have been something that happened in the chaos. It will be part of our investigation," Hayes-White states.

An autopsy is underway and the family will be notified about what has killed the girl. As I wrote, two teens died as a result of the aircraft accident and several others were wounded.

Reports say that the pilot was training on the Boeing 777 and had only clocked in 46 hours on the plane.
