14 DAY TRIAL // The Mel Gibson – Oksana Grigorieva scandal has just turned over a new page, as a close friend of the Russian singer tells Radar Online she has explosive pictures showing the extent of the damage Mel caused to her face in an altercation in January. Reports of how the famous actor lashed out at his then-girlfriend and smashed her teeth emerged the other week, with sources saying now that Oksana even has photographic evidence to support her claims.
It’s only a few days ago that the several media outlets got to hear taped conversations of Oksana and Mel, which she recorded because he was extremely violent to her and she’d come to fear for her life. The recordings themselves have yet to emerge, but transcripts of the insults Gibson hurled at the mother of his baby did find their way online. To add insult to injury, now comes the report that Oksana also has pictures of just how badly he beat her up during one altercation.
“Oksana Grigorieva not only has Mad Mel’s vile and profane rants on tape, but she is also sitting on potentially explosive photos that will show her bloodied and bruised after a confrontation with the Oscar-winner, according to a close confidante. It’s the latest and ugliest development in the couple's bitter legal battle, Radar Online has exclusively learned. […] Gibson’s lawyer has emphatically denied he was violent toward the Russian singer during an incident that took place at Gibson's Malibu mansion on January 6,” Radar writes.
According to the all-knowing spy, Gibson knocked two of Oksana’s front teeth and gave her not one but two black eyes on the night in question. The photos also confirm that. “You can see Oksana’s two main front teeth were broken and there are bruises all over her face. They [the photos] will come out eventually and she is prepared to use them in their court case. Oksana was scared to death to go to the cops. Any battered woman is... most women never speak out and suffer years,” the unnamed friend, who claims to have seen the pictures, says.
Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson dated for about a year and then announced they were splitting up, without citing a reason for their decision. They have a daughter together, 7-month-old Lucia, of whom Oksana has permanent physical custody. At the same time, Mel Gibson is also alleging in court that she’s been preventing him from seeing his daughter, though he paid child and even spousal support each month, as per a mutual agreement.
