Lately, info on a new series of mobile phones coming from leading handset vendor HTC Corporation started to emerge, and devices like HTC Holiday or HTC Rider would be among them, complemented by Glaciers and Kingdom.

Apparently, HTC would bet a lot on Android during the ongoing year. Following the release of more than half a dozen devices running under the platform since the beginning of the year, the company would aim at adding at least four new ones into the mix.

The HTC Holiday, which can be seen in the first photo attached to this article, courtesy of Pocketnow, is expected to make an appearance on shelves at AT&T later during the ongoing year.

No specific info on the new mobile phone emerged for the time being, save for the said photo, which shows a handset somehow similar with what HTC Aria was all about.

Rumor has it that the new device would include 4G / HSPA+ wireless connectivity when released at the carrier, and that it might also support video calling through front-facing camera, which suggests that it might run under Gingerbread.

Along with this device, HTC is expected to launch a so called Rider Android phone, which was previously said to be on its way to the market in South Korea.

We already had a look at this phone's specs, which should include dual-core 1.2GHz Scorpion CPU, 4.3-inch qHD 3D display, 1080p 2D/3D recording and playback, and more high-end capabilities, and now we can also have a better look at it, through the second photo to the left.

No specific info on when would these devices arrive on shelves emerged for the time being, but there are great chances that they would be released sometime in summer.

Until more is unveiled on this, we should have a look at another handset from the company, the T-Mobile myTouch 4G, which is expected to benefit from an international launch later this year, with the name of HTC Glacier attached to it.

The handset would retain all of the specs the already available mobile phone packs inside, it seems, though it might be loaded with a newer Android OS flavor.
