Call it April Fools’ Day come late or call it simply a vengeful act against one of the most high profile religious figures in America, but the hoax about televangelist Joel Osteen leaving the Christian faith didn’t even get him angry.

Osteen spoke to ABC’s Good Morning America after the elaborate Internet hoax whose target he became and, believe it or not, he actually finds it a bit amusing.

“You know, I’m really not angry. I don’t feel like a victim. I feel too blessed, that life is too short to let things like this get you down,” he tells GMA.

However, he isn’t ruling out the possibility of suing whoever is behind the hoax though, as the ABC co-anchors put it, that might prove next to impossible considering they made sure to cover their tracks almost completely.
