Last week, Nokia Lumia 930, the flagship Windows Phone 8.1 handset from Nokia, was officially confirmed to arrive on shelves in Ireland on the network of Meteor starting early July, but it seems that it has been already pushed back.

The wireless carrier is now planning on making the new smartphone available for purchase on its network sometime in mid-July, at least this is what a post on Ireland's Technology Blog reads.

Apparently, the decision to delay the phone’s arrival did not come from the operator, but was taken by Microsoft, and no specific info on why things turned out this way has been provided as of now.

However, for those out of the loop, we should note that Nokia Lumia 930 has been confirmed to make an appearance on shelves at O2 and Vodafone on July 3, and that no info on it being delayed at these operators too has been provided as of now.

Nokia Lumia 930 will land on the market with a 5-inch full HD screen, a quad-core processor inside, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal memory. Moreover, the mobile phone sports a 20-megapixel camera on the back, with full HD video recording, and a front camera for making video calls.
