For one reason or another, many people seem to be interested, more than anything, in the new mobile phones Nokia is expected to release.

Among those expected phones, the E61i and E65 have been talked about before but not much information has been provided. Leaked photos of what is believed to be the E65 have appeared. The S60 phone that will most likely target business users has indeed been rumored to come in a slider form factor, but photos of mobile phones have randomly appeared before and there is no way to know if this is what the E65 will actually look like.

Basically, the E65's design is very similar to the one previously used in another one of Nokia's phones, the 6280. The phone is expected to feature a display with a QVGA resolution, a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth and Infrared for connectivity, 70 MB internal storage space and a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion, in order for the user to be able to store all those multimedia files.

The UMTS/EDGE/GPRS/WIFI phone will run on S60 3rd Edition on Symbian OS 9.1 . As said before, some of the features expected to be included in this phone have already been included in other Nokia phones, so it would not be at all surprising if all this information were accurate, but just as in the case of other rumored phones, E65's spec sheet might change before its release. Speaking of release, the E65 is also rumored to appear in midyear for an approximate price of ?340.
