Nokia 808 PureView has finally landed in India and is now available for purchase via authorized resellers for only Rs 33,899 (605 USD or 485 EUR) off-contract.
This is the first smartphone to be shipped with Nokia Belle Feature Pack 1 out of the box. On the inside,
Nokia 808 PureView is equipped with a single-core 1.3 GHz processor and packs 16GB of internal memory, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
Although the phone comes with NFC (Near Field Communication), it appears that users will only be able to share photos between Nokia handsets that support this kind of technology.
We tried to share photos with a Samsung Galaxy S III, but it appears that the two NFC standards are not compatible. However, Nokia 808 PureView and Nokia N9 had no problems in sharing photos via NFC.
