Makayama, a Dutch software developer, recently introduced Mobile Ringtone Studio for Nokia phones, a new software that enables Nokia handset owners to edit and create ringtones from their favorite music. The software is actually a package, three applications in one, that will let you edit MP3s, rip audio CDs, convert songs into ringtones and then transfer them with ease on your Nokia phone.

If you ever wanted a ringtone of your favorite song but couldn't find it anywhere, with Mobile Ringtone Studio you can now create the ringtone yourself, exactly the way you want it to be.

The Mobile Ringtone Studio package consists of three applications that will allow anyone to create, edit and manage ringtones, quickly and easily.

With the ringtone editing program of Mobile Ringtone Studio, you can use any MP3 file, edit it and convert it into a ringtone. The software analyzes the file and loads it into a visual graph that displays the complete song as a timeline.

The CD ripping program included in Mobile Ringtone Studio will convert audio files from any CD into MP3s. The CD ripper copies the tracks to your hard disk and automatically downloads information about the CD's content, finding the right song titles. Also, album art can be downloaded and saved. While ripping, different quality options, easily configurable, are available.

Mobile Ringtone Studio's ringtone manager allows users to transfer ringtones between PCs and mobile phones. Besides being useful for easily transferring the ringtones you created, the manager can also be used to backup preset ringtones or purchased ringtones.

Mobile Ringtone Studio can be installed on a PC that runs either Windows XP or Windows Vista and comes in a free trial version. The full version of Mobile Ringtone Studio can be bought and downloaded for a price of $19.95 (14.95 Euro), no eventual taxes included.
