The darker side of World War I

I've heard of games where the player, as a human, has to kill demons or ugly mutants and I've heard of games where the player (as a human, again) has to slay vampires and evade blood sucking, but never of a game where the player, yeah... AS A HUMAN, has to help vampires, and kick demon ass. What's that all about? Either someone ran out of ideas for a game, or, someone's making the most original human-vampire-demon-war game ever. That will be up to you to decide, when NecroVisioN launches. Unfortunately, the release date is N/A.

Cenega announced its signing with Farm 51-developer, releasing the first person shooter title for the PC and Xbox 360 platforms, using the highly-touted Painkiller engine. NecroVisioN takes place in a variety of locations from battlefields of World War I to much darker and brutal underground world of vampires and demons. Sceneries range from realistic to dream-like, opponents from enemy troops to fantasy creatures (old fashion look and style much like Lovecraft). Players will fight off restless demons with powerful and evil artifacts, vampire technology, and authentic WW I era weapons. Now that's combining war with fantasy!

As I was saying, vampires have a role too. They are the only defense standing between the powerful forces of darkness and humans. Humans however, are unaware of the existence of the underground worlds. And, as vampires are losing ground in this war, they are in desperate need of help before they fall and all hell breaks loose. That help will have to come from above - the humans. Players will take the role of an American, struggling to help the losing vampire forces. Looks like we'll be seeing a much darker side of WW I.
