Nadya Suleman Swimsuit Photos Are Out, at Center of Fierce Legal War

Nadya Suleman, mother of octuplets and other six children, is in an extremely fit shape, and she’s the first to admit to that proudly, saying plastic surgery had absolutely nothing to do with her drastic weight loss. In fact, OctoMom, as she’s dubbed in the media, is so proud of her body now, that she even took part in a photoshoot in various models of swimsuit – those photos have leaked and are now at the center of a fierce legal war, TMZ informs.

It’s not uncommon for female celebrities to pose in swimsuits for magazines to show their new and improved body, especially after giving birth. Suleman obviously considered a move like that would also be smart on her part, so she had a company named Polaris snap a few shots of her at the seaside, while smiling pretty for the camera. As one can easily imagine, these pictures could actually be worth a fortune because there is not one glossy or even fitness magazine that would not pay good money to have them, it is being said.

Thus, the legal war that is now being waged, as the pics have somehow found their way on the Internet on a website called TheDirty. Said site is not taking them down, so Suleman’s attorneys are ready to bring out the big guns, TMZ says. “Photos of OctoMom in an ultra-skimpy [swimsuit] have led to ferocious legal stand-off. […] The photos – which contain the first images of Nadya Suleman’s shockingly tight tummy – were published on TheDirty.com recently without the permission of Polaris Images, the company that owns the pics,” the paparazzi agency and celebrity gossip website states.

“But Polaris is [fuming] – and fired off a cease and desist letter to the website, claiming the photos were ‘published illegally and without Polaris Images’ consent’ and demands the website ‘immediately’ take them down... or else. At the time this story was published, the pics had not been removed from TheDirty,” TMZ goes on to say. The website has not yet taken a public stand in the matter and has just left the pictures there, as if completely ignoring the lawyers’ threats.

Similarly, at the time of writing, Nadya Suleman’s first pictures after losing the pregnancy weight continue to be online on the aforementioned website.
