Nokia is bringing in a phone that will surely help you “knock down” all those people in your life you might dislike. The N96 has been “upgraded” to the Bruce Lee edition and it now makes for a much cooler device than before. Of course, you might not be that delighted about this new edition, should you dislike martial arts, or should you think it is too childish.

As a reminder of what the N96 packs, let’s see some of its main features. It's a GSM 3G network supporting phone, complete with a 2.8'' TFT 16M color (240x320 pixel) display, a Navigation Wheel to enhance the fun factor of your web browsing experience, and it runs on Symbian's 9.3 version OS.

It comes with 16GB of internal memory, 128MB of RAM and a microSD slot for cards up to 8GB. The device also uses the v2.0 microUSB slot, Wi-Fi technology, Bluetooth and the impressive 5 Megapixel autofocus (2592x1594) camera with flash, plus the secondary videocall camera. Other features include the built-in GPS and A-GPS function, and Stereo FM Radio with RDS.

Besides all these features, the Bruce Lee edition comes with a Bluetooth handset, a wrist strap complete with nunchucks for some real life “special effects,” and a Bruce Lee doll as an accessory. The design is about the same as on the regular model, measuring 103x55x18mm, and weighing 125g, the only difference being that, now, the back panel features an imprint of Bruce Lee and, of course, his signature. Moreover, you also get other interesting things bearing a relation to Bruce Lee, like rare photos and themes that are quite impressive even if you would have never even thought about purchasing such a phone.

Nokia has already set up a website for fans of this mobile and for those who are going to buy it. Speaking of buying, this device is available for 8.788 Yens or about $1,300, which is beyond what we could call a shocking price, but that only goes to show how much Nokia appreciates the martial arts master.
