High-tech speakerphone

Motorola has just released the MOTOROKR T505, an evolved solution for hands-free calling inside the user's car. The launch announcement has been unofficially made until now and the device follows the line of previous similar ones, such as the T305 and T605.

MOTOROKR T505 clips to the visor above the phone user's head. This is just what older speakerphone models used to do in the past, although the new model holds something in addition. It earns the ROKR badge by taking stereo streaming audio from the owner's phone or music player through Bluetooth A2DP profile.

The device uses either speakers for transmission or FM radio to the car's stereo. The device also comes with one interesting feature. The user can set it to scan for clear frequencies. When MOTOROKR T505 finds one, it says aloud to tune the radio to a certain frequency, that which it has just found.

Other specifications for this device reveal the fact that it is capable of speaking the caller ID out loud too, just as it is the case with the radio. Sounds like a highly evolved technology, coming from Motorola, designed especially for those who love to own the latest developments in terms of technology.

Motorola's newly launched speakerphone is supposed to last up to 20 hours of battery life, more than enough to keep the user going over a long trip. Its incredibly small sizes make it highly easy to use and one of the best solutions for high tech wireless handset connectivity.

The MOTOROKR T505 has been presented by Motorola at the company's holiday show in NYC, among other RAZR-style phones and several accessories. Those present at the event had also the chance of seeing this device in action, as a demonstration was made on the occasion.
