Major retailer Clove will be the first to offer the superphone

Announced earlier this week, Motorola RAZR is expected to arrive in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa sometime in November, but the handset maker has yet to disclose the smartphone's exact release date.

Even though multiple carriers' around the world confirmed they would offer Motorola's latest masterpiece, none mentioned any details about the phone's price or launch date.

However, it appears that Android enthusiasts living in the UK will be among the first to be able to pick up the superphone.

Major retailer Clove has recently confirmed that it will offer the Motorola RAZR starting November 1 for no less than £455 ($600 or €435).

Following Motorola’s announcement of the Droid RAZR, we can confirm that we are expecting the UK variant, the Motorola RAZR, to arrive into stock on November 1st, priced at £379 (454.80 inc. VAT).”

To raise the excitement built around the RAZR, Clove will also add several pictures and hands-on videos, along with dedicated content, to its website: “check back to the Clove Blog over the next couple of days for plenty of RAZR content, including hands-on videos and pics.”

Touted world's thinnest LTE smartphone, Motorola RAZR measures 130.7 x 68.9 x 7.1 mm and weighs 127g (battery included).

The smartphone is powered by Google's Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but Motorola confirmed that an upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will be deployed in early 2012.

Furthermore, Motorola RAZR is equipped with a powerful dual core 1.2 GHz TI OMAP 4460 processor, complemented by a PowerVR SGX540 graphics processing unit.

The RAZR comes with a stunning 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Advanced capacitive touchscreen with 16 million colors support and 540 x 960 pixels resolution, which is protected by Gorilla Glass display.

It also boasts an 8-megapixel photo snapper with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording capabilities, along with a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls.
