There are a few rather attractive applications running on the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic mobile phone that have been recently updated, among which we can count the Nokia Handwriting Calculator and the Nokia Image Exchange, both coming from the Nokia Beta Labs, and now we learn that the owners of the flagship handset would also be able to enjoy another great application, the ShoZu.

As many of you might already know, the Nokia Handwriting Calculator is available for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, as well as for other S60 5th Edition smartphones, and also works on Maemo-powered devices such as the Nokia N810 Internet Tablet. The application now includes new support for scientific functions like sin, cos, and others, while also featuring other functions. The update app now includes a fresh icon and some other design tweaks, while also sporting better stability.

The updated Nokia Image Exchange comes with better stability and faster speeds as well. One new feature that has been included in the package is the ability to send images via Bluetooth, an option that users would surely enjoy. According to the development team, the update comes more like a maintenance release, yet future releases are in progress, and they are expected to bring even more improvements into the equation.

ShoZu comes to the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic as a rather powerful software solution that could replace Nokia’s Share Online application that allows users to upload photos and videos to a wide range of online services directly from their mobile phone. One of the interesting features that the solution comes with is the auto-upload setting, which is able to upload all the photos and videos one would take. In addition, it comes with a CC function that would allow users to upload files to multiple destinations at the same time, with just one click.

ShoZu is offered as a free download and service, yet it uses the data connection available with the mobile phone. If you want to try it out, you should take care of the data plan first. You can find the application on your mobile phone's browser here.
