A little over a year after the tragic death of his 4-year-old daughter, former boxing champ Mike Tyson and wife Lakiha Spicer are expecting another child, as Radar Online can confirm.

Tyson married Lakiha in a secret ceremony in Las Vegas shortly after the tragic home accident. She is now five months pregnant, the report says.

“Boxer Mike Tyson is expecting his eighth child, Radar Online is reporting exclusively. Tyson’s third wife Lakiha Spicer is five month pregnant,” Radar informs.

According to a source close to the couple, Mike and Lakiha already know they’re having a baby boy and are, as expected, completely overjoyed by it.

“The child will be Tyson’s first after the shocking death of his four-year-old daughter Exodus, who died in May, 2009 after a tragic accident,” Radar points out.

As of now, Tyson and his wife are yet to issue an official confirmation on this. Should the report be accurate, they will probably confirm it very soon.

Tyson’s daughter, as we also reported at the time, chocked on a chord from a treadmill as she was playing in the family gym. The star was not at home at the time.

Lakiha rushed her to the hospital but, by the time they arrived there, it was too late for the little Exodus. The experience crushed Mike, as he also admitted later to Oprah.

In October last year, the boxer put an appearance on Oprah’s show and, among other things, the topic of the accident also came up.

As the talk show host kept pushing him for specifics of Exodus’ death, Tyson said he didn’t even want to know how it happened or whether anyone was to blame for it, because, if he did, he wouldn’t be responsible for his actions.

Tyson, who had serious anger issues in his earlier years, said he only wanted to focus on his family and put the tragedy behind him because revisiting it would do him no good.

“I know, then there might be a blame for it. If somebody’s to blame for it, there will be a problem. My first instincts were a lot of rage … [but] I know where that’s going to lead me,” Tyson said.

“I want to win, I’m tired of losing. I want to win now. I’m just fortunate… that I have children by another woman, and we’re just so damn close, and I have this family. That’s my biggest asset,” the former champion added.
