Crazy things like this could always work.

A completely gutted Xbox 360 was returned to a game shop and the person who did this got a full refund. The only things that actually were from a real Xbox 360 were the headset and ethernet cable. The rest... oh, well, it's just incredible!

Stuffed in the Xbox was a second edition of "Comprehensive Medical Assisting", a book which, probably, the console owner did not... comprehend. Along that, some old vga computer cables and an older parallel printer cable. Nothing else!

The game shop employee explains, in the yougamers.com forums: "The guy that was working that morning was by himself, so we cannot under any circumstances leave the department. So the girls that work at the service desk were told to see if everything is in the box, and approve....Fail!! Obviously they did not do a very good job...Management was/is still looking into who had approved it".

The Xbox 360 was bought recently (or, at least, it wasn't bought for more than 90 days, since a refund wouldn't have been possible after that period) and, of course, the question that nobody could probably answer is: "What did that guy do with the internal parts of the Xbox"? Maybe he just collects them...

Since that can't be answered, it seems that neither the reason of refunding can be. It was probably just the fact that the returned Xbox was checked by some girls at the game shop and a white Xbox case seemed enough - honestly, now - you really have to know if there are some other pieces inside? Noooo!

Jokes aside, while the management is still trying to find out the reasons for such an incredible refund to be made, the shop's electronic associates understand that, after all, it is their job to check the products and never ever let a girl do a man's job.

Unfortunately, the guy who posted this link "forgot" to say the game shop's name... probably you could find some old Xbox cases somewhere and get ready to fill them with books. And look for girls, too.
