Mass Effect 3 is set to receive a brand new story-based downloadable content pack soon, in the form of the Leviathan add-on, at least according to voice actor Anthony Skordi, who confirmed that he’d play the Reaper named Leviathan in the expansion.

Mass Effect 3 got the long awaited Extended Cut DLC last month and players quickly uncovered throughout its files mentions of another add-on called Leviathan.

Since then, BioWare has been silent on the matter, hinting only that new DLC would be released for Mass Effect 3 soon.

Now, after hearing about the Earth add-on for the multiplayer mode, voice actor Anthony Skordi told Eurogamer that he’d play the role of the Reaper called Leviathan in a new expansion.

In case you forgot, the hidden files mentioned that Commander Shepard would meet the rogue Reaper while on a mission to rescue a human scientist.

Depending on the player’s actions, Leviathan could end up helping Shepard in the effort against the Reaper invasion.

As of yet, BioWare hasn’t commented on this reveal.
