Mariah Yeater, the 20-year-old woman claiming to be the mother of Justin Bieber's child, dropped the paternity suit against him, but she's not yet ready to give up the fight. With a new legal representative, she's back for another round.

As we also informed you yesterday, in a very surprising move, Yeater “quietly” dismissed the lawsuit asking Bieber to submit to a DNA test to establish the paternity of a 3-month child, to whom he must pay monthly allowance, she says.

At the same time, Yeater also fired the two attorneys that had represented her until that point, which many interpreted as a move to renounce her previous claims completely.

As it turns out, she was only switching gears. The woman has a new attorney now and he's saying in an interview obtained by TMZ that she's not ready to let go.

“The new lawyer for Justin Bieber's alleged baby mama tells TMZ, he firmly believes his client's allegation that the singer knocked her up, and says he's currently negotiating the terms of a DNA test with JB's legal team,” the e-zine writes.

The new attorney is Jeffrey Leving and he's already made it clear where he stands: he will no longer allow Yeater to do interviews, forcing her to lay low until some form of agreement is reached because she's received death threats.

He's also refusing to comment on what her former attorneys said about her having proof that she really did sleep with Justin backstage one of his concerts, one year ago.

Leving is going for a private settlement but says he will use whatever proof Yeater has in court, if push comes to shove.

“As for Bieber's threats that he'll sue Mariah and her lawyers, Leving tells us, it's just another example of a celebrity trying to push around the little guy – in this case 'a 20-year-old woman with no money and no job',” TMZ further writes.

“Leving claims Mariah dismissed her lawsuit to open the door for a private settlement – but Bieber sources tell us, there have been NO settlement discussions whatsoever between the two camps... though there may have been contact about the terms of a DNA test,” the e-zine further adds.
