Louis Walsh publicly expresses dislike of Cher Lloys, confirms reports she’s an obnoxious diva

Ever since she made it through the judges’ house stage on X Factor, Cher Lloyd has been turning into quite a diva, reports say. Louis Walsh, who is a judge on the show, makes no secret about his dislike for Cher and even confirms ongoing rumors: she’s unbearable.

The diminutive 17-year-old singer has constantly claimed that there was no diva behavior from her backstage and that she was just another girl trying to make a name for herself – and win the show, if possible.

According to Louie, speaking to two different British tabs (quotes summed up by the Daily Mail), Cher is annoying, uncontrollable and not really worthy to have made it this far in the competition.

This is officially the first time this season that Louie – or any other judge, for that matter – takes such a public stand against one of the competitors. Even more, he blames Cheryl Cole for everything.

“I’ve heard rumblings of what is going on in the house – there’s a lot of parties... But Cher is definitely the out of control one!” Walsh says for one of the local weeklies.

“She causes a lot of trouble. She’s as miserable and moody as she looks,” the X Factor judges, thus confirming week-old reports that, indeed, Cher was the most hard to control contestant in the house, the one who would party the most.

Louie also believes Cheryl is showing favoritism to Cher, to the disadvantage of someone who is the complete package like Rebecca Ferguson. Some fans have also been saying the same for a couple of months now.

What’s worse, though, is that Cher is becoming this little diva who seems to be forgetting her place, the judge adds.

“Cher is believing her own publicity, which is a big mistake. I don’t get any warmth from her. She needs to learn to be nice to everybody – because you’ll meet them on the way down,” Walsh says.

“I couldn’t work with Cher. She thinks she’s going to be an overnight success, and because she listens to American R&B she’s picked up all these weird musical things and makes funny faces. There’s no likeability there,” says Louie.

In response, Cher has tweeted that she’s her own person and will not change for love or money, adding that she “can’t please them all.”
