After hearing a preview of the full “Man of Steel” OST and getting a first taste of what Hans Zimmer cooked up for fans of the character, it’s time for yet another treat.

Embedded at the end of this post is the isolated track from the most recent “Man of Steel” trailer and, useless to say, it sounds every bit as amazing as you have learned to expect from Zimmer.

Slash Film notes that the title of this track is being thrown around as “An Ideal Hope” and, indeed, you can find a song called that everywhere, including YouTube.

“[However] that track isn’t actually listed on the Amazon tracklist for the film’s score. This is an official release from Water Tower Music, the WB label that will release the score, and will probably be on that score in different form,” the e-zine says.

There is really no way to determine how the title “An Ideal Hope” popped up online or if it can be traced back to a reliable source.

Water Tower Music doesn’t offer a title for it so, for the time being, we’ll just go with “awesome.”

“Men of Steel” is out on June 14.
