14 DAY TRIAL // Before yesterday’s court hearing, word had it that Lindsay Lohan was in for serious jail time (as in, months’ worth of it) but, as always, she walked away with a mere slap on the wrist: rehab, community work, more probation.
A few hours ago, TMZ informs, Lohan turned herself in for booking, thus adding yet another mugshot to an already impressive collection (which includes at least 5 other similar photos from previous arrests and bookings).
“Lindsay Lohan has just been booked by the Santa Monica police, which means she has a brand new mugshot... and she does not look happy about it,” TMZ writes, commenting the photo.

The same media outlet reports that Lohan was expected to turn herself in for booking after the court hearing, when she pled “no contest” to charges of reckless driving and giving false information to police.
“Lindsay was released moments after posing for her latest close-up. Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in a lockdown rehab facility... but that won't begin until after a hearing on May 2nd,” TMZ further says.
As we also reported yesterday, just hours after dodging the prison bullet again, Lohan was reportedly hitting the nightclubs in LA in the company of the man who provided her with a private jet so she could make it to court in time.
On Twitter, LiLo has denied the reports, saying that, while the tabs and the blogs were writing about her partying like there’s no tomorrow, she was actually at her hotel, eating room service.
“Guys relax, that was NOT me at A/V or in the @mrpink SUV. I'm taking this seriously and focused on the road ahead. I stayed in last night, after a pretty long day...and ordered sushi to my hotel,” she writes.
“Don't believe EVERY little thing you hear, unless you hear it from me. The support I have gotten, has been great and means alot. <3 L,” Lohan adds.
