The good news is that she was smiling so I’m assuming she sort of enjoyed the moment.
In other Lindsay news, she avoided jail time by striking a plea deal at the last minute: instead of time behind bars, she will be doing 90 days in lock-down rehab, plus some community work and drug testing.
Lindsay’s latest brush with the law comes after she lied to police officers about her involvement in a car crash, which was in direct violation of her probation.
On that last count, she was sentenced to 150 days in jail which she will not do if she doesn’t break any laws.
