We just reported on LG’s new IPS Cinema3D monitors here and about their new IPS7 series here. It seems like the company is going all-out with the IPS technology and it has now unveiled some new all-in-one (AIO) systems using Intel’s 3rd-generation Core i5 processors. LG’s new
AIO system series features 27”
displays with the standard FullHD 1920 by 1080 pixel resolution.
There are also cheaper configurations with the Core i3
processor with the same large screen, but lacking the 3D capabilities.
The interesting part is that the systems are using
hybrid HDDs with 750 GB storage capacity and feature 8 GB of
DDR3 memory, along with an Nvidia GT640M
GPU with just 1 GB of video memory.
The systems feature
USB 3.0 connectivity, but unfortunately there’s no information of price yet and we’re not sure whether these will be available on the old continent.
