LG has just released its Colorholic phone, although it will be available only in Korea. The phone holds no intention in being a high tech device, but rather a fun, enjoyable statement device.

LG has targeted this device especially towards the female audience. They are supposed to be the ones to best appreciate the wide color palette that their new phone model brings. There are 14 bright colors to choose from, which offers a great amount of choice possibilities.

Some of the colors, such as bubble pink, orange, light blue might indeed be most suitable for the ladies, although there is no reason for men to pass the dark brown, black, grey, or blue phones, although they are not just as colorful. The fact that it offers the slider phone form factor makes this device even more fashionable, as this design is highly popular among many people.

The colors are bright and vivid, most suitable to make the LG Colorholic handset a statement device. Those who will buy it will probably make the choice because of one appealing color, rather than for the performances that the device has to offer.

Specifications for this mobile phone are quite slim. They hold less importance than the phone's good looks, which probably made the producer see it as less important. LG Colorholic also comes with an MP3 player included in order to provide enough entertainment. Moreover, it also has a text-to-speech engine which reads out messages and appointments, for situations when the owner can't do it himself.

Producers are keeping all these colorful and highly personal devices only on restricted markets, which is also the case with this new one, LG Colorholic which will be available for KRW 400,00 (around USD 430). That's quite expensive for many pockets, which gives high hopes for evolved performances to be packed in the device. If so, LG should have offered them, as there is surely more than color to impress potential buyers for this phone.
