All of the pre-order bonuses for L.A. Noire will be launched after the game's release as downloadable content, fact confirmed by Rockstar, the publisher of the title.

L.A. Noire is set to be one of the most important all-new intellectual properties of the year, and Rockstar wants to recreate the success of last year's Red Dead Redemption, another new title that went on to earn a lot of Game of the Year awards and accolades.

The title, developed by Team Bondi, has already received a concrete release date, as well as details about the variety of pre-order bonuses that will be offered by participating retailers to customers.

Among them, we had extra missions, or cases like the game calls them, new suits that give extra bonuses to the playable character, and more.

Rockstar has now announced that if you don't want or can't pre-order the game, all of the bonus items or cases will be launched as downloadable content after the game's release.

"All of the L.A. Noire pre-order content will be made available for purchase as DLC at some point after the game comes out. We have long planned to do this for all digital pre-order items," said a Rockstar representative.

What's more, Red Dead Redemption's pre-order bonuses will finally be released for all players of the Western shooter to enjoy.

"In case you’re interested, the Red Dead Redemption pre-order items (Deadly Assassin Outfit, Golden Guns Weapon Pack and War Horse) will finally be available for download via Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network this April. Apologies that has taken so long, but we ran into some technical issues. Stay tuned for more details," the rep added.

Among the bonus cases delivered by pre-order offers, we have the Naked City, which tasks detective Cole Phelps with solving the presumed suicide of a fashion model, and A Slip of the Tongue, which sees him follow a car theft case with surprising connections.

There are also two special suits, the Broderick and the Sharpshooter ones, which give special bonuses to hand-to-hand fighting or to shooting.

Plenty of other bonuses are also up for grabs, so you just need to decide which retailer you want to choose now or wait for them to be released as paid DLC in the future.
