Kris Humphries can’t catch a break: while the Kardashians, with soon to be ex-wife Kim, are badmouthing him whenever they get the chance, he’s also getting plenty of heat from rival ballers.

Take JR Smith, for example.

The other day, Humphries took to his Twitter feed to boast of winning a game against the Knicks, saying, “Big game tonight! The Garden got really quiet on the way out! #Brooklyn.”

New York Knicks baller Smith could miss not the opportunity to remind Humphries of one of the biggest reasons he’s still in the papers today: his marriage to Kim Kardashian and his refusal to let her divorce him.

“Wasnt quiet when Kanye tore it down last month!” he added to a retweet, referring to Kim’s current boyfriend and baby daddy, rapper Kanye West.

As noted above, the spot is shining on Humphries again because of the many interviews the Kardashians have been giving about his and Kim’s 72-day marriage.

Just recently, for instance, Kourtney and Kim were on David Letterman and the talk show host tried to understand why she’s still married to Kris after all these months even if their marriage only lasted 72 days.

She explained that she wanted a divorce but he was holding out for an annulment, which a judge could only grant if there was evidence of fraud, as we also reported at the time.

Basically, he’s filed a lawsuit against her saying she tricked him into marrying her, when all she wanted from the relationship was the chance to have a big TV wedding which she could make money off of.

Kim also addressed the rumor of her marriage being a PR stunt – well, actually Kourtney did.

“If she was going to do it for publicity, she would have picked someone people knew,” Kourtney said. Burn.
