There are many boxing games out there, but few that feature heavyweight stars like the Klitschko brothers. Maybe if a mobile boxing game starring Muhammad Ali appeared, it would beat this one. Meanwhile, “Klitschko Boxing - The Official Mobile Game”, seems to be the next best thing.

On September 24, 2008, Artificial Life, a leading provider of broadband mobile 3G technology, announced that it would release “Klitschko Boxing - The Official Mobile Game”, featuring renowned boxers, Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko. The company produces the game with animated 3D avatars, based on the likeness of the famous Klitschko brothers, and the signature boxing moves that they use, such as their jap, cross, hook, uppercut.

Artificial Life has an exclusive license with the brothers. In the press release featured on the company's website, the two said the following, “We love this mobile game and are very excited about that we now can even play a game with our own name on it! Artificial Life is a leader in the mobile space and we enjoy this perfect partnership. Our fans can get excited as well because now finally they can see and participate in the long awaited fight: Vitali against Wladimir!".

In the game, players can choose either Vitali or Wladimir, that are showed in their early career as semi-pro boxers. The players will fight for the boxing championship and they will have to defend the multiple world championship titles that the two boxers won. Also, they can train the Klitschko brothers, thus gaining boxing experience in the "Quick Match Mode”. After the training is complete, they can match against computer elected boxers or play the "Career Match Mode" for consecutive matches before challenging other boxers to achieve a higher ranking.

So, boxing fans have a new game to try, and with all the features in Klitschko Boxing, they will surely have a great time. Unfortunately, neither the official release date nor the price tag are available for the moment.
