Kim Kardashian is going after the man who's telling the press she staged her wedding to Kris Humphires – and about everything else in her life. The star is taking Jonathan Jaxson to court for allegedly violating a non-disclosure agreement.

As we also informed you a few days ago, Jaxson says he worked for Kim for 2 years, between 2007 and 2009, and helped her attain fame through whatever method available.

Based on what he saw during those years he worked with her as her publicist, Jaxson says he's almost sure she staged her wedding to Humphries to boost her profile.

Even assuming his claims are real, Kim is having none of it, TMZ has learned. She's unleashed a top-notch attorney on Jaxson to silence him and claims the so-called ex “publicist” is only looking to cash in on her name.

“Kim Kardashian is finally firing back at the guy who has been making claims her wedding was a sham – by hiring legal pit bull Marty Singer to put a muzzle on him,” TMZ writes.

Jaxson says he was with Kim's team for 2 years, she's fighting back by saying she worked with him on a blog and doesn't even remember how he looks.

In other words, he was not her publicist and can't possibly know the things he claims to know about the way she has her image handled in the press.

“A source close to Kim tells us they worked together once, years ago, on a blog and that Kim barely remembers who he is. We're told Kim is particularly baffled how Jaxson can talk about Kim's wedding plans when she hasn't spoken to him in years,” TMZ writes.

Even so, Jaxson shouldn't be speaking to the media about his time with Kim because, in doing so, he's in breach of his confidentiality agreement.

“Kim clearly feels he's violating [it] now. Kim has now hired Marty Singer, who submitted papers to a private arbitration to attempt to shut Jaxson up immediately,” the celebrity e-zine says.

“KK is claiming Jaxson has damaged her reputation with his allegedly defamatory statements and she wants a minimum of $200,000 [€145,996] in damages,” TMZ adds.

In a statement to the same media outlet, Singer claims Jaxson is out for “his 15 mins of fame” and that he's only using Kim's name to promote himself – apparently, he's coming out with a book and he needs whatever exposure he can get.

Jaxson, on the other hand, claims he's not violating a confidentiality agreement for the simple reason there's none to violate.

“I have never signed an agreement dealing with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian. I have an agreement in my possession that does not have either parties signature on it,” he tells TMZ.
