Khloe Kardashian isn't yet ready to call it a day on her career as a television star, even though various ongoing reports claim the contrary. On Jay Leno the other night, Khloe denied she'd pulled the plug on her show because of marriage problems.

Even though they constantly profess their love for each other – in the most public manner no less – Khloe and Lamar Odom, her husband, are still plagued by divorce rumors.

Invited on Leno with her sisters, Kourtney and Kim, to talk about the brand new season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which premieres on May 20, Khloe shut down reports that she gave up on her spinoff show, Khloe & Lamar.

Video of that segment of the interview is below.

“I understand people have to sell magazines, but I didn't pull the plug on any show, it's not ending. I just said I wanted the summer for ourselves and to be with family and spend time his kids,” she told Leno.

She's talking about an issue of one of the weeklies that claims she chose to end her show because she and Lamar were having serious issues.

“He's training for the Olympics, he's in the top 20 to go,” she says of the decision to stop shooting for the series with Lamar over the summer.

“Tryouts are in the first week of July. They only take 12 but to be in the top 12 is like a Grammy nomination. I didn't pull the plug, let's just call it a hiatus,” Khloe adds.

Fans needn't worry though, Khloe is not going anywhere. Starting May 20, she and her sisters will be back on E! on the show that started it all, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, as season 7 premieres.

Drama will surely follow, as it always does.
