14 DAY TRIAL // Kate Gosselin is a single mother of eight who, in between giving interviews, making televised appearances, working in reality television and raising her brood, hardly has any time for herself. Aside from a reported fling with one of her bodyguards, nothing much was ever heard of Kate’s romantic life but that might soon change, as she’s getting ready to move on, as PopEater has learned.
The reality star is ready to start a career in Hollywood but she considers she could use a little push from behind. For instance, Kate has decided that going out with a celebrity – meaning, someone who is more famous than she is right now – would certainly boost her profile and make it that much easier for her to land jobs, perhaps in acting. So, she has set her eyes on none other than Jeff Goldblum or David Hasselhoff, insiders say for the aforementioned e-zine.
“We all know that Kate Gosselin is single thanks to her all-too-public divorce, but aside from random rumors she and her bodyguard had a fling going on, she’s been mostly inactive on the dating circuit. Now, however, my sources tell me she wants a piece of ‘The Fly’ himself – Jeff Goldblum. Kate Gosselin is ready to start dating again, but this time she is only interested in dating Hollywood celebrities. She already has her eye on one in particular, Mr. Jeff Goldblum,” PopEater writes.
If Goldblum is unavailable or uninterested, The Hoff will do just fine too, Kate seems to believe, if one is to believe the unnamed tipster. “Kate is serious about going Hollywood and thinks dating a celebrity is a great idea. When Kate sees how Tom Cruise changed Katie Holmes’ life, it became clear that she needed to do the same. Obviously, she knows she’s not yet ready to date a George Clooney, but she thinks she would be the perfect partner for a Jeff Goldblum or someone like David Hasselhoff,” the insider explains.
Presumably, Kate is also looking to move to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams of forging a career in showbiz, reports have it, as we also informed you a while back. To up her chances, she’s looking to do a little bit of everything, from acting to singing and dance, word on the street has it. Given her much-criticized performances on Dancing With the Stars and recent elimination, it’s safe to say she won’t be doing that much dancing anytime soon.
