In recent months, Kate Gosselin has often been photographed running, which shows how dedicated she is to get in top shape. The latest issue of People magazine has the mom of 8 on the cover in a tiny two-piece swimsuit – and looking absolutely fabulous. It’s common knowledge by know that Kate had a tummy tuck shortly after giving birth to the sextuplets but, as per her own words, it’s
not to surgery that she owes her incredible body.
It’s not even a personal trainer that can take the credit for her incredible transformation – and incredible it is, People promises, included a preview of this week’s cover.
Kate is now looking her best and she owes it all to her morning runs, lots of dedication and even more motivation.
“[I’m] the most fit I’ve ever been.
I’ve worked really hard! Haven’t I earned the right, at this point, to look good?” the original Octomom, as she’s dubbed in the media, says for the magazine.
In fact, she looks so good she’s actually hoping the new and improved self will help her put her sentimental life back in order. In other words, she’s ready to start dating.
“It’s just absurd,” Mrs. Gosselin says of rumors she’s dating her bodyguard, Steve Neild. “I’m waiting for Mr. Right. It would be nice if somebody noticed me, sure!” she explains.

Daily Mail has even more excerpts from the interview that will appear in this week’s print issue of People, including a few quotes of how Kate didn’t go under the knife for anything other than the tummy tuck.
“This is not what my stomach looked like after my tummy tuck. That only got rid of the skin. It didn’t build muscle or give me definition or burn off fat. I had to do that all on my own,” Kate says.
One day, she just decided to quit the gym and just try to see how far she could run. Now, she does 7 miles in less than an hour – and is going for 10.
“This body is all real. These breasts are all mine,” Kate adds. Even her face has never been touched by a plastic surgeon – because she uses Ole Henriksen Ultimate Lift Eye Gel to fight wrinkles.
“That stuff is my Botox in a jar. I started using it and two weeks later the rumors started. It’s a shame though, that I start looking better and instantly there
has to be something else –
surgeries, something – behind it?’ Kate says.
