MasterCard thought launching a joint venture with the Kardashian sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney would be a great idea. Had they not backed out of it after less than a month, it would have probably been so.

Now, the Revenue Resource Group, LLC is saying that, by dropping out of the deal, the sisters caused multi-million damages – and it’s taking them to court for it.

TMZ reports that the Group will argue in court that, by not honoring their 2-year contract with MasterCard, the Kardashians unleashed a negative PR storm that no one could possibly weather.

The Group claims the damages are huge, asking at least $75 million as compensation for breach of contract and the damages that came about with the sisters’ backing out of the deal.

“The Revenue Resource Group, LLC filed a lawsuit in Fresno, CA claiming the Kardashians breached their contract when they pulled out of a deal to be the faces of a controversial MasterCard-approved prepaid debit card,” TMZ reports.

“As we previously reported, the K-ladies claimed they quit the deal because they had no idea the card was loaded with hidden, possibly illegal fees... fees that caused the Attorney General of Connecticut to open an investigation into the card,” says the same e-zine.

Still, illegal fees or no illegal fees, the Kardashians should have stuck to their end of the bargain, the Group claims in court papers obtained by TMZ.

“Revenue Resource Group claims the sisters signed a two-year deal that they should have honored – and since the fam backed out, RRG has been crushed by a wave of bad publicity,” the e-zine notes.

“RRG wants the women to fork over more than $75 mil to make things right,” TMZ says. As of now, the Kardashians have said nothing about the impending lawsuit.

Knowing them, one of the three will probably mention something about it on her Twitter, so make sure you keep your eye on this space for when she does.
