When it rains it pours: just as he’s involved in a huge reckless endangerment scandal with his neighbors who accuse him of driving at breakneck speeds in the community, Justin Bieber is being hit with a second paternity claim, this time by a woman from Europe.

Apparently, The Biebs has a daughter.

She was conceived on February 4, 2010 in Miami Beach, with a woman who was 25 at the time and with whom Bieber has not kept in touch, Hollywood Life writes, citing a Star report.

An insider reveals for the tab that the woman, who refuses to reveal her identity because she’s looking to protect her daughter, only recently contacted the pop star to let him know of her existence.

“She gave birth to a baby girl later that year, and Justin didn’t know anything about it. She just wanted to protect her baby. She wanted to keep her and her family away from any spotlight,” says the insider.

However, she knew from the start that Justin was the father.

“In my opinion, she does look a lot like Justin did at that same age,” the source adds.

The same insider claims that the mother isn’t after Justin’s money, but she does want him to be involved in their daughter’s life, even if only ever so little – if he so deems it right.

“She only recently began considering alerting Justin to the existence of her daughter — but she won’t be asking for a penny form him, and she has no desire to become part of the celebrity lifestyle,” the spy explains.

“She’s going to leave it up to Justin to decide, at any point in the future that he chooses, if he ever wants to get involved with the child,” adds the same source.

In November 2011, a 20-year-old woman named Mariah Yeater claimed she’d given birth to Justin’s son, also after a one-night stand.

After months of being on the receiving end of death threats and one DNA test, Yeater’s claims were rubbished.
