Jennifer Aniston Warned to End It with ‘Trailer Trash’ Chelsea Handler

Courteney Cox has warned longtime best friend Jennifer Aniston to put an end to her friendship with comedienne Chelsea Handler because her anti-Angelina Jolie rants are putting her (Jen) in a very bad light, it has emerged.

It all started a couple of weeks ago, when, after a highly mediated Thanksgiving trip to Mexico, Handler openly attacked Angelina Jolie in one of her shows, calling her a “homewrecker,” among other things, for ruining Brad Pitt and Aniston’s marriage.

Because of this, many believed Handler’s vicious attack has been prompted by Jen’s confidences that she still cared for Brad. Clearly, this put the former “Friends” star in a very negative light.

Her best friend Courteney Cox has taken it upon herself to tell Aniston how this seems from the outside – and to urge her to end all relations with “trailer trash” handler, the National Enquirer says (story and quotes via here).

“Aniston immediately feared people would assume that Chelsea’s out-of-the-blue attack sprang from intimate confidences shared during their highly publicized vacation,” the Enquirer says of Handler’s attack of Jolie.

When Cox also told her how people might interpret the whole thing (that Aniston set Handler on Jolie), Jennifer flipped, says the Enquirer, and gave the E! star an ultimatum.

“You’ve made me look like I’m still bitter and heartsick over my marriage breakup! I don’t want people to think I’m still pining for Brad. I’m over him! It was a long time ago!” Jennifer reportedly told Handler.

The ultimatum is that she must never speak of Brad, Angelina or any other of Aniston’s former lovers – either in public or in her presence.

Chelsea reportedly agreed – and has kept her promise ever since. However, Cox is still pressuring Aniston into ending things with her (with Handler) because she doesn’t want to be caught in the middle.

As fans must know, Cox continues to remain best friends with Pitt, while also being Aniston’s go-to confidante. As such, she can’t possibly “condone” any “anti-Angie talk,” the tab says.
