This July, Paramount Pictures is breathing new life into the “Terminator” franchise, hoping to reboot it with “Terminator: Genisys.” Emilia Clarke, most famous for her role of Mother of Dragons Daenerys Targaryen on the HBO show “Game of Thrones,” will be taking over from Linda Hamilton as the fearless Sarah Connor in the new pic.

Clarke sat down with Harper’s Bazaar US for an interview to promote the movie, but as it usually happens where she’s concerned, she got more questions about GoT than about the upcoming action movie.

Accidentally, she also revealed a very interesting tidbit about the most powerful couple in showbiz right now, Beyonce and Jay Z.

The dragon eggs are really expensive, but that’s a trifle to Jay Z

Emilia spoke to the publication about her role on “Game of Thrones,” offering all kinds of interesting details from behind the scenes, including about her costumes, her relationship with her co-stars (Ser Jorah / Iain Glen, here’s looking at you), her wigs and the room she keeps them in, and how it was like to get the part.

The pint-sized actress reveals that she even considered “stealing” one of the dragon eggs featured in the first season, before the 3 dragons hatched in the fire (second photo in the gallery). She didn’t, but not because she got caught and her plans were foiled.

“[They were] really, really expensive,” Clarke says, adding, “apparently Jay Z bought one for Beyonce… or something.”

Who knew that Beyonce and Jay were such huge fans of “Game of Thrones”? Then again, these days, who isn’t a fan?

However, what’s surprising about this is that Jay would spare no expense to get his wife a prop from the set of her favorite show, which further adds to reports that they live a life of utmost luxury. If you remember, these reports picked up considerably after the birth of their daughter, Blue Ivy, when the glossies would have a field day guessing the kind of presents the tot got, both from her famous parents and their famous friends.

Admittedly, among them was also a platinum, diamond-encrusted pacifier, because, obviously, a regular pacifier would just not do.

Emilia Clarke and the break of a lifetime

Elsewhere in the interview, Clarke talks about landing the role of Daenerys and how it opened all the doors for her in Hollywood. She isn’t exaggerating either: she became such a hit with fans that Paramount took a chance on her and cast her as one of the toughest women in film, right there next to Ripley from the classic “Alien.”

Emilia hopes her role in “Terminator” will bring even more offers, and she plans on doing “serious” acting as well, not just tough action roles.

Speaking of roles, she admits that she didn’t even dare to hope to get the HBO part that would make her an international star. “I was literally so over the moon to have an audition, just an audition, let alone for HBO. I was doing a million jobs and thinking it would never happen. Not a chance. Not. A. Chance,” she says.

Well, we know how that turned out.
