InvenSense, the leading provider of integrated motion sensing solutions for mobile applications announced a show demonstration at the Spring Intel Developers Forum in Beijing, China. This is going to be the company's first public demonstration of its iG technology and the features so highly appreciated these days.

The demonstration is going to include sensing applications running on Intel's Ultra Mobile Personal Computer and also Mobile Internet Device platforms, GPS navigation or gaming controllers.

The actual communication device market demands for smaller size, lower cost and also more compact design. The amazing market success of Nintendo's Wii and Sony Playstation 3 has developed a need in the common use of motion sensors for consumer devices.

"InvenSense's iG technology and motion sensors will enable many killer applications in the UMPC. Intel-based UMPC and MID platforms and the InvenSense iG technology will deliver an industry leading solution for intuitive user interfaces, interactive gaming, image stabilization, and dead reckoning for vehicle and pedestrian navigation", stated Kelley Johnson, Marketing Manger at Intel.

The current adoption of iG technology and mobile devices like UMPC's and MID's will definitely bring in many applications to the market like vehicle and pedestrian navigation systems, gaming, interface control and also image stabilizing.

"InvenSense believes strongly in enhancing the user experience, and as new generations of mobile devices become increasingly popular, we see a market need for innovation and our instant gesture iG technology is an ideal solution. We are very pleased to be a part of the next generation UMPC platform from Intel," said Dan Goehl, Vice President of Sales at InvenSense.

All the effort is necessary to eliminate blurry pictures, improve the location based-services and make them more accurate, providing game interfaces that are much more enriching.
