Same design, more features

Not a lot of time has passed since the Black Label LG Shine's official launch in Europe, and even though when all details were revealed there was nothing more to say about this stylish phone, now rumors are starting to circulate again, regarding an upgraded 3.5G version of the LG Shine.

And if you think about it, considering the stunning good looks it comes with, what could be better than the LG Shine, except for a newer version of the mobile phone, looking the same but with more features?

LG seems to be perfectly satisfied with the phone's design, apparently deciding to keep it and add a couple of extra features, and we can't blame them for it.

The upgraded Shine will come with the same features as the original version, like the 2.2 inch mirror screen, USB connectivity, media player with support for MP3, AAC+, WAV file formats, 2 megapixel camera with flash and autofocus and a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion.

The new features will reportedly include 3.5 HSDPA capabilities, 512MB of built-in flash memory and an extra VGA camera in front for video calls. At the moment, the rumored phone is being dubbed KU970, and aside from the extra features mentioned before, it might end up packing some more new and exciting features.

So, basically, yes, it's the same LG Shine, without a makeover, but the simple fact that it brings some 3G capabilities is worth making lots of users consider getting themselves one.

And in the case of the LG Shine when it comes to looks, there's not a lot to improve. At the moment, there's no information on when this mobile phone will show up, but apparently the KU970 is already in the works, so expect it to come out pretty soon.
