Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation announced recently the launch of its new Windows Mobile handset HTC Snap on the market in New Zealand. The new device comes towards users with a variety of capabilities, while being developed so as to fulfill customers' every need without overwhelming them with unwanted features.

At the same time, the new HTC Snap is meant to provide easy connectivity with friends and family. The mobile phone maker has provided the phone with a new feature called “Inner Circle” that enables users to place emails from a selected group at the top of their inboxes so that important messages can be quickly dealt with.

“Nowadays people are being overwhelmed by an avalanche of emails,” said Anthony Petts, Sales and Marketing director, ANZ, HTC Corporation. “We are excited to introduce Inner Circle, a key feature on the HTC Snap that makes it easy for people to prioritise messages from the most important people in their lives at the press of a button. The HTC Snap represents the latest step in HTC’s mission to create a range of innovative smartphones, each with specific benefits designed to both surprise and delight our customers.”

The new mobile phone comes with a slim, sleek profile, while also delivering an ergonomic full QWERTY keyboard that features extra-large domed keys. The handset is only 12 mm thick and features responsive tactile feedback as well as high-speed 3G HSPA connectivity and a powerful 1500mAh battery that provides up to 8.5 hours of talk time.

The HTC Snap can easily prove to be a great option for any business user, as it is both affordable and packed with the necessary features, including Microsoft Exchange server synchronization. The mobile phone maker announced that the handset was already available for purchase in the country through Telecom NZ.
