It looks like Clooney's wedding might not even take place with all the scandals

While his friend Brad Pitt has just been announced to have tied the knot in a private ceremony with Angelina Jolie in France, George Clooney is planning a somewhat larger event, and it's giving him a headache, because he and his future wife are not seeing eye to eye on some issues.

The National Enquirer quotes insiders when it says that George and Amal are at odds over the prenuptial agreement. Since George Clooney is worth several hundreds of millions of dollars, he's naturally rather weary of his lawyer wife and is drawing up an “ironclad” prenup.

“Given his shaky track record with women over the years, including a difficult divorce from his first wife and the brief longevity of most Hollywood marriages in general, I think he needs to make sure he has a prenuptial agreement that’s ironclad,” says a specialist in prenuptial agreements.

“He has a lot to worry about and a lot to lose if he doesn’t proceed with the utmost care and caution. The fact that (his fiancee) is a lawyer is strike one against him. I expect his lawyers are being very careful and ‘fighting’ her lawyers over every point,” the specialist adds.

But the prenup is just one thing they are battling over at this point. Another important thing is the guest list. As you can imagine, lots of big names have been invited but not all have RSVP'd yet, and the couple is arguing about who should come and whom should not.

The biggest problem is that both Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston have been invited. The two actresses share more than their profession, they share the same man, Brad Pitt, who divorced Aniston to marry Jolie. Naturally, there's not a lot of love between them.

“At first [Angelina] was on the fence about going,” says one insider, “because she’s not big on schmoozing at Hollywood get-togethers. But she quickly changed her mind after George told her that President Obama RSVP’d ‘Yes!’”

Now Clooney is worried that the two ladies are going to try and upstage each other, thus ending up taking the attention away from the bride.

The final problem with the wedding is the fact that the wedding planner has up and quit midway through the preparations because there were some problems with switching locations. “Before switching locations, George told the planner he wanted a sponsor. Now it all seems disorganized,” adds the source.
