Ubisoft’s impressive From Dust strategy game is going to appear soon on a brand new platform, in the form of Google’s Chrome browser.

While most PC games rely on digital distribution services to arrive into the hands of players, more and more actual titles are arriving through Chrome, the web browser from Google.

We’ve already seen Bastion appear in the Chrome Web Store and now it seems that Ubisoft is the next big company to port one of its games to the browser, in the form of From Dust.

The company confirmed this through the video above and mentioned that the same HD graphics from the PC version of the game were a part of the Chrome edition, together with improved controls. The annoying anti-piracy measures that plagued the original PC game are not anymore.

Check out the video above to see From Dust in action on Google Chrome. The game will be available for purchase from the Chrome Web Store in April.
