Victoria Beckham’s weight has been subject to much speculation ever since she was still with the Spice Girls and she got, through dieting, the figure she still maintains. The star has repeatedly denied reports that she was either suffering from an eating disorder or that she was putting herself to the strictest of strict diets to keep slim. For Christmas, though, Mrs. Beckham has come up with the “three-bite” rule to keep the pounds from piling on, FitCeleb says.

The “three-bite” rule does exactly what its name implies: it allows Victoria to eat whatever she wants, as long as she doesn’t take more than 3 bites of it. This way, she will get to enjoy the festive meal without piling on the pounds, a source close to the star reveals for the media. No doubt, the new rule will come very handy to Victoria, especially since she’s also having celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay over for Christmas.

“Victoria is regimental about her food. There is barely a day when she isn’t controlling and counting calories. But she knows it would be pushing it too far to request steamed turkey or sea bass and vegetables at Christmas dinner. She will join everyone in tucking into the big turkey, but will only have three bites from everything that is on offer – from three bites of smoked salmon on blinis to the turkey and mince pies. She has joked she would have a heart attack if she ate a whole Christmas dinner. Even thinking about it gives her a panic attack,” an unnamed tipster reveals, as cited by the aforementioned publication.

However, that is not all that Mrs. Beckham will do to make sure she goes through the holiday season without as much as a pound extra. She will also intensify her workouts, the same source explains. “Victoria said she was thinking of having a Power Plate machine delivered to her home and joked she would be doing squats on it during the queen’s speech to burn off calories before the meal,” the tipster adds.

Just recently, Victoria Beckham revealed that her diet, while very closely monitored, was not that out of the ordinary as the tabloid media sometimes tried to make of it. For instance, instead of having a hamburger, she chooses a salad, she was saying a short while ago – and nothing better to start a day than an espresso.
