Half of an image, actually

Samsung will bring another one of its top handsets at AT&T for a release. Samsung SHG-A737 looks good, although not very impressive and, unfortunately, comes with few specifications on its performances.

AT&T is already offering some other similar Samsung handsets in its lineup, the A717 and A727. It was only natural that the 737 would follow, although details on when and under what terms this will happen are only scant. The third device of the series is a slider phone, as the first two ones are a clamshell and a candybar. That surely fills the picture with all the diversity that it might need.

Samsung SHG-A737 will be available in a combination of black and red that looks great, although its adds a sporty look to the handset. This fails to make it a stylish mobile phone, but rather a fashionable one, when considering the fact that it still looks great. It might prove to be thicker than previously thought, but that's not a surprise, when coming from a slider phone.

There are high chances that this phone will also be capable of providing 3G connectivity, through HSDPA. This means that it will allow data transfer speeds of up to 3.6 Mbps, a fairly good one, perfect for AT&T's network. The phone should also pack some large amount of memory, or at least a microSD card slot, for making sure that the user has enough memory space for storing all the personal information that it transfers. Rumors also hint towards a 3 megapixel camera, which would make a great feature for arousing the interest of many customers.

AT&T has been cheap on details for the Samsung SHG-A737 mobile phone. The date when the device is supposed to hit the market or the price that it will come at are yet unknown.
