The RSS/news reader app provides access to Google Reader and Twitter as well

One of the many popular RSS/news readers available for Android devices, Feedly, has just been updated to version 6.0.1.

The latest version of Feedly comes with a new minimalistic user interface and adds integration with two more services: Tumblr and Facebook.

Aside Facebook and Tmblr, the application features integration with 4 other services, such as Google Reader, Twitter, Read It Later and Instapaper.

Feedly 6.0.1 change log mentions: a more minimalist user interface, new navigation bar, integration with Tumblr and Facebook, and pinch to close function.

It is also worth mentioning that the application allows users to sync with Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, as well as iOS.

Feedly 6.0.1 for Android is now available for free from Android Market and is fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and higher.
