If you thought you were missing out stuff just owning a Nintendo DS handheld gaming device, think again! There are many popular titles that eventually make it to the platform, but at least they make it and that's the case of FIFA Street 3. Now don't start jumping around the living room, as you'll hurt yourself. The game is just now undergoing the development process.

According to an earlier EA report, FIFA Street 3 will be somewhat different from other games in the series, adding a touch of humor to the gameplay experience. Basically, each player will be rendered into a stylized caricature with heroic qualities, and the DS version of the game is certainly not missing out on this feature. Speaking of which, here they are, all the features broken down for you to get a better picture of the game:

- intuitive Touch Screen control system using the stylus that enables you to easily perform over-the-top trick moves, passes and shots.

- fast-paced and larger-than-life arcade football experience which places the game's biggest stars in exotic locales around the world.

- world's best players representing 18 of the top international teams

- players rendered into a stylized caricature with heroic qualities

Of course, the DS version will sport a bunch of features available thanks to the touchscreen control system. You'll be able to control all aspects of your team's performance from passing and shooting to more advanced moves like juggling, headers and bicycle kicks, according to the official report. More than that, gamers will use both the stylus and the buttons to combine moves and allow players to execute combos.

Don't go just yet. Surely you didn't think this was all the DS version of FIFA Street 3 has to deliver. EA has also confirmed this mini-game called "Kick Ups" that will challenge you to keep the ball in the air and test your ball juggling skills.

OK, now remember, FIFA Street 3 is will be launched (under the EA SPORTS BIG brand) in early 2008. It's currently under development for three platforms - the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and DS. All three versions are said to be launched at the same time.
