Eva Longoria is back on the market again. The stunning actress and her NFL beau Mark Sanchez have split after only a few months together, his rep confirms for Us Weekly.

The split was amicable and, as some insiders put it, somehow inevitable because the two were simply not made to last no matter how much they may have liked each other or not.

“Mark adores and respects Eva. It really was about scheduling more than anything else. They will remain close friends,” Sanchez’s publicist says for the celebrity publication.

An insider confirms this: the breakup was really on excellent terms.

“There was no drama. They just have completely different schedules and lifestyles,” the source dishes.

If anything, Eva is more focused on her career, while Sanchez is more of the outgoing type, the kind that likes to party and go out a lot, the spy goes on to say.

“Longoria confirmed her relationship with Sanchez (who has been linked in the past to actresses Hayden Panettiere and Jamie-Lynn Sigler plus model Kate Upton) in early September. ‘We're happy just dating,’ said the actress,” Us goes on to say.

Before Sanchez, Eva was married to Tony Parker, whom she divorced in early 2011 after cheating allegations surfaced.

She never acknowledged them, but rumors said Parker had cheated on her with a family friend and that she’d found evidence of it on his phone.

After the divorce, the actress seemed to find love again in the arms of Eduardo Cruz, Penelope Cruz’s younger brother.

Romantic trips all around the world were taken, tattoos were made (Cruz got her name inked on his forearm, a decision he must be regretting now that they’re over), but, in the end, it didn’t work out for them and they called it quits.

Turns out Sanchez wasn’t “the one” for Eva either.
