Customers that embrace the Cloud flavor of the latest Microsoft customer relationship management offering now have a new online destination designed to provide them with help if they run into trouble.

The Redmond company launched the new CRM Online Solution Center on Microsoft Support, with the explicit goal of offering support for Dynamics CRM Online.

Softpedia users already know by now that Dynamics CRM Online is the Cloud equivalent of Dynamics CRM 2011, both made available by the software giant earlier this year.

The solution center introduced by Microsoft is designed to help customers that have already made the jump to Dynamics CRM Online 2011.

“A new CRM Online Solution Center has been launched to help customers learn and get resolutions for recent issues,” the company said.

At this time, all resources on the new CRM Online Solution Center are served in English only, however, this will change in the immediate future.

Microsoft plans to refresh cloud support pages in mid-July 2011, and the company will also provide customers in additional markets with help content in their native languages.

Here are the primary objectives of the Dynamics CRM Online 2011 Solution Center:

“- Provide a location for support and other online content for Microsoft customers seeking such for CRM Online.

- Guide customers to learning resources and how-to content to get them started with CRM Online.

- Provide links to recent solutions.

- Make it easy for customers to locate CRM Online Resource Centers, forums and assisted support.”

Dynamics CRM Online 2011 Solution Center centralizes a range of help content. Support resources range from guidance on how to get started and make the best out of Dynamics CRM Online 2011, to the most recent solutions that Microsoft provides for the product, as well as to additional resources and support options.

It’s important to note that Dynamics CRM Online is still a young service and as such customers should test drive it thoroughly before deciding to embrace it.

As far as I’m concerned, companies looking to migrate their CRM solution into the Cloud and opting for Microsoft’s offer should make the best out the free trial that the software giant offers them.

All in all, having been launched earlier this year, Dynamics CRM Online still needs some time to achieve maturity, especially when it comes down to satisfying all the needs of companies with extremely complex CRM environments.
