Exploring the dungeons was something RPG fans have always loved to do, especially if these dungeons are filled with hundreds of monsters ready to feel the wrath of your sword or the power of your spells. Hudson seems to know this, since their announced action RPG is called Dungeon Explorer Warriors of Ancient Arts - and they surely didn't name it this way just to be catchy.

The game which is scheduled for a February 2008 PSP release, allows you to battle all sorts of demonic forces and forever seal the gateway from which they came from. In order to succeed, you will have hundreds of variations of weapons, armor, equipment to choose from, as well as the ability to choose your own style from up to 150 fighting arts. The PSP owners will be a little bit happier, since they will have an exclusive art: the Big Bang, which allows you and all the party members to use the attacks with a precise timing.

Also, PSP owners will have the chance to fight the demonic, evil forces by teaming up with two other players in an Ad-Hoc Multiplayer mode. And help might be what you really need since, during your "trip", you will meet legions of monstrous creatures and hideous beasts willing to stop you. But having in mind that you can choose you character from up to 70 different warrior types (this includes races, classes and gender) and that you can "grow" it as you see fit, chances are that none of these monsters will manage to stop you.

Both the PSP and the DS version will start shipping in mid-February and they will come with a brand new story and with the desire to introduce some innovatory RPG elements, never seen in a handheld game before. So Hudson is ready for some serious stuff!
