Prices make you wonder how much they pay to get them in the first place

You remember Pocketbike Racer don't you? It's that ancient racing game featuring customizable bikes and drivers and in which players can choose one of five tracks to race on: a Burger King restaurant parking lot, a construction site, a backyard, the King's garden or the fabled Fantasy Ranch set. Not very exciting, I know, but don't worry; there's a point to all this blabbing.

When you want an older game or a not so popular one, what do you do? Well, you normally go to a store like EB, where you are sure to find something on sale or with a certain discount. My point is that, if you want the game I was talking about earlier, you will surely find it at EB. Why, you ask? Well because nobody is going to be stupid enough or insane to buy an old and also used game at double its original price. It sounds crazy, I know, but believe me it's not, the game's original price was $3.99 (and that was in November 2006 when it was first seen on shop shelves) and EB is now selling the used copy of that game at an amazing $7.99.

We could forgive them if it were a mistake from whoever stuck the price label on the package, but if it's the same lame attempt to make a buck just like Toys R Us is doing with DSs and Wiis, then "off with their heads!" In case you didn't know, Toys R Us is in the "monkey business" too, keeping Nintendo DS Lite and Wii units in the back to gather dust until demand is greater than ever.
